Are you ready to deepen your practice and embrace the season of gratitude? This November, The Yoga Effect is offering a variety of inspiring classes and workshops to help you stay strong, centered, and energized.

November Day Retreat, Saturday November 16th:

Before the rush of the holidays begins, take a day to refill your own cup. Many people wait until the New Year to focus on self-care, but so much of the strain we experience physically, emotionally, and spiritually, happens between Halloween and New Year’s Eve.

During this season, we’re often swept up in busy schedules and surrounded by tempting but unhealthy choices. This retreat is your chance to pause, rest, and replenish. With the gentle guidance of Anna, Sarah, and Stephanie, you’ll be supported in creating a healthy, mindful plan to carry peace and balance into the months ahead.

All yoga practices will be gentle and restorative, making this retreat suitable for all levels. Together, we’ll nurture calm and create healthy ripples that extend far beyond the day. 

The Five Remembrances, with Bhante Sujatha, Sunday November 2nd.

Join Venerable Bhante Sujatha, beloved meditation teacher and Buddhist monk, for a profound and heart-opening teaching on the Five Remembrances, a foundational contemplation in the Buddhist tradition.

These timeless truths remind us of the impermanence of life and the power of personal responsibility, gently guiding us toward peace, clarity, and compassion. Rather than evoking fear or sadness, these reflections offer a pathway to inner freedom.

With Bhante’s signature warmth, humor, and deep compassion, students will learn how to integrate these contemplations into their daily lives, cultivating acceptance, gratitude, and a deeper connection to the present moment.

Open to all levels, this class invites you to slow down, look within, and touch the truth of our shared human experience with gentleness and love.
